Hard to keep up!

I thought I would share some recent pictures of the babies.

I was trying to get a closeup of Tillys GREEN eyes. They are hazel "green brown" and unless she is in the sunlight, noone can see the green. She has lovely eyes and they will probably continue to darken and eventually be brown, so I wanted to capture them "green" while I could.

Lucas wanted in on the pictures, too. Notice he has a new hairdo? Duane says he looks like a Friar. Heh.

Rowan and Ewan have blue eyes still. Rowan has the prettiest shape to his face and always has a very gentle expression!

Here are a series of pictures we took trying out their Christmas outfits before we had their professional pictures taken.

Ewan and Rowan are very happy and nearly four months old! Colic is long gone, and they only get up once at night to eat now. They are so content. And Ewan squeals! Its the same high pitch shrill tone that Tilly is able to capture (I had a playdate at my house last week and three moms sat stunned into silence when she let out one of her infamous squeals!). I am a bit intimadated at the idea of having TWO babies who sound like gym whistles!

Lucas sure loves pacis! Here he is trying to stick FOUR in his mouth at once!

Whenever I need want a "baby fix" I hope over to your blog and hope to see new pics. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy your writing also. It is so refreshing. Those green eyes are adorable. Could Lucas and Tilly get anymore beautiful? Your babies have such sweet faces. They are looking older. So glad they only get up once during he night, but even that would exhaust me. You are such an inspiration taking care of ALL these lovely children.

Just you wait until Ewan is older! Both of my youngest have a horrid squeal. Hope is now 2 and Olivia 4 and they often squeal back and forth to each other as if they are seeing who can make the most noise. They do this in house and in the van (my own personal hell). It was cute the first few times they did it. I was just very excited to see them interacting with each other so much because Olivia resents Hope's presence. Now...well...not so cute anymore!

Oh, those beautiful, beautiful babies!
I have always had hazel eyes, but my mom told me that throught my childhood they would keep changing from mostly green to mostly brown and back again. Of course, it may have just been the difference in lighting in the room. Haha
I'm so glad the tiny boys are healthy, happy, and sleeping good now.

Just a note:

As I share the same b-day as Lucas and Tilly, I also have the hazel eyes. My green come out in the morning when I wake and when I'm really, really angry. The green-eyed monster comes out...LOL!

I have to admit I love the fact that my eyes change like a mood ring.
